TRX Suspension Training uses bodyweight exercise movements in conjunction with the Suspension Trainer to load the desired percentage of bodyweight onto the targeted muscle groups. This allows you to modify the difficulty of any exercise, from very hard to very easy, both quickly and easily.
The TRX provides the ideal mix of support and freedom of movement to train strength, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, power, and core stability all at once and across a wide range of intensity.
